In order to successfully complete transactions on the NAPA PROLink website, you must first have an account setup at your local servicing NAPA AUTO PARTS Store(s). The NAPA AUTO PARTS Store(s) must also be connected to the NAPA Wide Area Network. Consult your local servicing NAPA AUTO PARTS Store(s) for details on setting up an account and whether they are on the NAPA Wide Area Network as this service may not be available in all areas. NAPA PROLink may collect customer contact information such as e-mail and physical address. This information is collected for the express purpose of processing and fulfilling customers' orders and notifying customers of order status. We do not collect confidential customer credit card information on the NAPA PROLink website.
We may occasionally request information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age income level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site. Please note that before credit is extended by your local servicing NAPA AUTO PARTS Store(s), an application for credit must be completed and a verified before your order can be filled. A credit verification company may be used to validate your credit based on the information you provide. We have an agreement with such company to ensure that our customers' personal information is kept confidential. The decision to extend credit based upon creditworthiness is entirely at the discretion of the your local NAPA AUTO PARTS Store(s).
